CP Badege Theos, who previously served as the Spokesperson of the Rwanda National Police and also worked with Interpol, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner General in Rwanda Correction Service (RCS).
CP Badege is among the new officials appointed by the Cabinet meeting held on April 2, 2026, at Village Urugwiro, chaired by President Paul Kagame.
CP Theos Badege has served as the Spokesperson of the Rwanda National Police at different times. In 2013, he left the spokesperson role to become the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) within the Rwanda National Police.
In 2016, he was reappointed as the Spokesperson of the Rwanda National Police. He had most recently been working with Interpol.
