Shakira invites Ghetto Kids Foundation to perform at 2026 FIFA World Cup closing ceremony

Shakira has once again shown her commitment to supporting children and youth talent after inviting the children from Ghetto Kids Foundation to the closing ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The children became famous because of their exceptional dance skills and the videos they frequently share on social media, which have won the hearts of music fans around the world.

Shakira invited the group after videos of them dancing to “Dai Dai,” the new FIFA World Cup song she collaborated on with Burna Boy, went viral on social media.

In the videos, the children showcased remarkable dancing talent while using the flags of the three countries that will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup: the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

In her message to the children, Shakira said she was impressed by their extraordinary talent and noted that their work is a strong example of how talent can transform a child’s life.

She emphasized that young people should be supported so they can go far through their talents and creativity.

Ghetto Kids Foundation started as an organization helping disadvantaged children through dance and talent development.
